We have one of the biggest and best ranges of bulk materials in the Port Macquarie region. From sand and soil to gravel and mulch, we have everything you need to get the job done right.

Here are just some of the bulk materials we have available:

Mulch: Pine bark, Redwood chips, leaf mulch, Tea Tree mulch—we have it all.
Gravels: Put the finishing touches on your landscaping project with our wide selection of gravels.
Potting mix: We can deliver bulk potting mix for large residential or commercial gardens.
Sands: We have brickies sand, washed river sand, fill sand, and more. They can be used for kids' sandpits, for tiling, underneath aver or swimming pools, etc.

We deliver Monday-Saturday, so we can get your materials to you when it’s convenient.

A blend of cream and white 14mm-20mm aggregate. Ideal for footpaths, driveways, clothesline areas, around firepits and bbq areas. Recommended depth of approximately 50mm.

Bago Decorative (White Scoria) @ $120m³.

A crushed fine aggregate with a maximum particle size less than 5mm and graded through to particle sizes finer than 75 micron. This is used decoratively for pathways, driveways and it looks superb in Cacti and Succulent gardens.

Bago Fines @ $75m³.

Produced from natural materials, this is a well-graded material consisting of various sized particles containing coarse and fine aggregate to enable compaction. Useful as a sub-base for driveways or as a footing for retaining walls, raised garden beds and fire-pits.

Bago Gravel @ $75m³.

Blue Metal is a construction aggregate which is crushed and screened to a consistent size, making it ideal for various landscape designs or features. It can be used for paths, driveways, concreting, drainage and drainage filler in pot plants or stand-alone vegie beds.

10mm Blue Metal @ $96m³.

20mm Blue Metal @ $96m³.

This is a ‘fatty’ sand most commonly used for brick and block work. ‘Fatty’ sand refers to the high clay content in the sand, which repels water allowing the sand to become stickier and more workable when mixed with cement. The standard ratio for Yellow Brickie Sand mortar is 6 parts sand to 1 part cement. Generally used for blending mortar and sweeping into pavers.

Our ready to use concrete mix is a blend of 10/20mm aggregate, brickies sand and crusher dust. Just add cement and water. We generally This ready to use concrete mix makes creamy easy to work concrete. A blend of 20/14mm aggregate and concreting sands all you need to do is add cement, available from us, and water. Suitable for slabs, footings, footpaths and garden edging.

Cowra Gold is a beautiful smooth pebble with shades from cream to yellow, screened to 10mm. Gold is the ideal colour to complement sandstone walls, looks great for garden paths and makes a striking contrast to plant foliage in gardens. These are great for families with young children as the smooth pebbles are easy under foot.

Naturally shaped and smoothed by years of water contact and movement, these are graded to 10mm and are highly suited to modern, contemporary gardens. Great in garden beds, pathways, driveways, pot & planter coverings, pool surrounds and water features. These are great for families with young children as the smooth pebbles are easy under foot.

Cypress Chip @ $141m³.

An all-natural, organic, and sustainable mulch which will give your garden a distinguished look that lasts. Cypress mulch has a Natural Termite Resistance with a lingering, fresh, fragrant aroma. Cypress mulches last longer, and hold their colour longer while giving excellent water retaining properties, reducing water usage. Cypress is Ph neutral, making it ideal for natives and most plant species.

A premium blended garden soil suitable for most gardens. Excellent for Vegetable gardens with a neutral pH.

A blend of sand, soil and finely screened Nitro-humus. Our lawn soil can be used as an organic lawn top dressing or underlay, containing 70% fine organic compost and it is this component that provides not only the structure of the product, but the water holding necessity.

An economical mulch for large garden areas. This is a natural finish for native garden beds and does a great job encouraging worm activity.

Midnight Mulch is a decorative garden mulch in a 15mm black colour enhanced chip that highlights structural plants and formal hedges, providing a fantastic colour contrast. This mulch is colour enhanced with a non-toxic dye that is safe to use around people, animals and plants.

Pine Bark is a by-product of the plantation timber industry. The 25mm chunky bark is an attractive tan colour and is a durable and long lasting mulching option.

Redwood Chip® is a 20-25mm graded decorative mulch that works particularly well in formal gardens, highlighting feature plants, hedges and structural lines. The red colour is non-toxic, making it safe to use around people, pets and plants.

Red Scoria is a lightweight, red volcanic gravel. This rich red, long-lasting dye-coloured gravel is a wonderful addition to any garden.

Softfall is a non-toxic 15mm graded pine bark mulch. The addition of this garden mulch to any children's play area gives children safety when they take a fall and helps to level out uneven surfaces.

Thallon Red is a rounded pebble that contains brown quartz giving it a striking colour mix of reds and whites. Thallon Red is from Thallon and is very popular in Port Macquarie due to its colour blending with the red clay soils.

Tea tree mulch is a by-product of tea tree farming. The mulch is made in the process of extracting tea tree oil from the Melaleuca plant. Once the oil has been extracted, the residue is called tea tree mulch. As with most other mulches, tea tree mulch can be used to lock moisture into the soil of the garden bed it is covering and reduce weed growth. This will facilitate the growth of a healthy garden as your plants won’t be competing with weeds for food and water.

Tea tree mulch is slow to break down and has a pleasant aroma making it ideal for use in both residential and commercial landscaping projects. Tea tree mulch is also commonly used in ornamental and native gardens.

Washed River Sand is a course washed ideal as a base for paving as it compacts to form a sturdy yet flexible base. Washed River Sand also drastically reduces efflorescence in pavers (salt leaching through the pavers), due to the intense washing process.

An excellent block-laying and brick-laying sand used for applications where a lighter coloured joint is required. White Brickies sand is ideal for masonry and construction work.

Hardwood chip is a recovered resource from the milling of timber for commercial use. It is manufactured from unusable timber at the sawmill. This waste hardwood timber is chipped, providing an ideal way of using wood chips as mulch. As with most other mulches, Wood chip mulch can be used to lock moisture into the soil of the garden bed it is covering and reduce weed growth.
